An absolute dream – beyond anything we could’ve hoped for!
Where do we even begin? The food was to die for – truly out of this world. Every single dish was bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. Our guests are still raving about it, and we genuinely couldn’t believe how good everything tasted – it was unreal.
Mike and his amazing family-run team went above and beyond for us. From the moment we booked them, they were warm, professional, and totally on top of every detail. As the bride and groom, we were treated with such care – they made sure we were fed (even when we got caught up in the madness of the day!), put together a package of food in our bell tent so we could eat later, and were more than happy to offer seconds if we had room for more.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and flexibility. My dietary needs changed since our original tasting, and it was no issue at all – Mike just adapted my meal without fuss and still made it taste incredible. That kind of thoughtfulness made such a difference on the day.
On top of all that, they were simply the loveliest people – kind, calm, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We feel so lucky to have had them be part of our day.

Michael was absolutely incredible. From the booking to the event he had open, clear, communication about everything, allowing for changes and adaptations to the menu. Everything was so meticulous and well done, everyone LOVED the food. It was an incredible experience, from the ambience he created while serving, to presentation to taste in the canapés. It was everything we expected and more. I still have my guests commenting on how good the food was, and how they wish they could eat like that all the time, and I would have to agree. When it came to the end of the night, he managed to clean up in the blink of an eye. 100% amazing. WOULD RECOMMEND to anyone thinking of needing a chef for their event.

Flavour Town was created from Michael’s love of the street food phenomenon, its history and the culinary experiences that it offers. The opposite of fine dining but as Michael would say “they are united by one thing, and that is good food”.
